I was born in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, on June 12th, where I grew up with my family and got an amazing education, values, and extraordinary culture. I am a guide and mentor, a passionate, transparent person, committed to the internal and external universe of the Eternal and Infinite God the Father, a professional communicator, and a human. (Maracucha) A native of Maracaibo with a heart willing to give the best of myself in service every day.

Some people describe me as charismatic, disciplined, honest, intellectual, dedicated, perseverant, tenacious, with courage and values, versatile, with good energy, fun, attentive, and noble, and if I have a bad day, I always go forward.

Sharing a little of me, I lived for temporary projects in Mexico City (2010-2013) as a Project Manager (Test Manager/Lead) for Citibank and Grupo Modelo. I had the opportunity to study and be certified as a Gestalt Coach. I learned a lot about courage, bravery, and the greatness of its culture.

I have a PhD in human sciences from the Universidad del Zulia (LUZ) since 2018. At LUZ, I worked in a hybrid environment as a University Teacher (Organizational Leadership, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Educational Informatics, and Project Management), Tutor, and Thesis Jury for the Master's Degree in Educational Management until 2020. Currently, I am a Tutor, Judge, and Professor of Doctorate in Education at the Management level at La Universidad Metropolitana de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología. UMECIT In my afternoons, I share my musical knowledge as a Talent Coach through the Piano and Ukulele online. Spanish teacher with a focus on cultural objectives, conflict resolution, or social support. Likewise, I am accredited as a Master Trainer in Gestalt Coaching by Universidad Gestalt de América of Hector Salama (México).

Another city I love for its style and visited is Medellín, where I learned, and I finished my PhD paperwork (thesis) and I evolved my charisma even more, the desire to continue smiling in life, and daring to do different things like theater, painting, knowledge of coffee and its barismo, and the flavors of Colombian-Venezuelan cuisine.

My home of life and current headquarters since the beginning of 2021, Cook County, Illinois, in the United States. The city of Schaumburg, which I love with my heart, is the one that has allowed me to experience nature in all its changes, just as human beings do. Your kindness and desire to continue inspire me every day with great joy at the opportunity to help and advance the world as a community, activate volunteer, and bilingual substitute teacher K-12 (art, music, math, science, general, STEM, and Digital Literacy) in U-46, SD54, and B220.

A mixture of cultures, which I praise and admire, because I love knowing what is different and learning from it. I offer my services to this city to whoever needs them, because the smiles I receive are the most beautiful thing there is. I am one of the people who seek to change tears and bad days into smiles, a collector of smiles. Art and music have been a constant presence in my daily life, inspiring me to continue conveying the detail of seeing the world from another perspective and sharing insights from different dimensions, from the sensitivity of detail to the touch of the brush, as if touching the soul of the canvas and filling it with color.

Awarded the 2016 International Gold Mara and Member of SOVENCOACHING. My base career of training and professional practice in parallel has been Electronic Engineering with a Master's Degree in Automation and Process Control, graduated from the Universidad Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacin. (Venezuela). 

I have completed seven diplomas in: Project Management from Project Management Institute (México), University Teaching Component from Universidad del Zulia (Venezuela), University Teaching at the Institución Universitaria de Envigado (Colombia), Thanatology at the Universidad Colegio Latinoamericano de Educación Avanzada (México), Counseling and Gestalt Therapy en Unesco (Venezuela), Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Unesco (Venezuela) y Operations Management. For almost 20 years I have held positions such as Mentor, Advisor, Consultant, Business Coach, University Professor, Project Manager, Program Manager, Quality and Metrics Leader, IT Solutions Architect, Test Lead and Director of Services and I have worked with different methodologies and techniques. I have also served as a Speaker and Thanatologist for the general public, organizations and companies. Common areas or areas of work have been Banking, Automation, Telecommunications, Education, Consumer Affairs and many more.

Among my main objectives is to ensure that the human being is integral, for self-support. I maintain as an affirmative fact that the company of which we must be proud is our own and therefore we must invest day by day, even if we do not have the established monetary profits, we can always win by moving forward and not giving up, because faith moves mountains.

Another of the main objectives is to give your best every day and for you to be part of the continuous improvement process to empower yourself and achieve objectives. Serve and deliver with love, for action. Dare and change, improve or be different from everyone is the mission of life.
